Can I exchange my product if I order the incorrect size?
Yes! We provide exchanges on all purchases, in case you purchased the incorrect size or if you want to simply exchange your product for another one. Email us at support@yordy.co and we will get back to you in under 24 hours with more information.
Does your jewelry fade or rust?
No! All of our jewelry is 100% stainless steel and is safe to wear at all times.In the rare case that a product tarnishes/breaks, we will provide you with a replacement. If you are personally allergic to stainless steel, we are not responsible for anything that happens to the jewelry itself.
Do you guys ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally, shipping is 10$ USD for all international orders and shipping usually takes anywhere from 7 to 21 business days to arrive. If your order is over 50$ USD then shipping will be free.
