Can I return my order for a refund?

Unfortunately, all our of sales are final. Please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase before ordering. However, if your product breaks/tarnishes for any reason we do offer free replacements. Just contact us on instagram/send us an email: support@yordy.co

Can I exchange my product if I order the incorrect size?

Yes! We provide exchanges on all purchases, in case you purchased the incorrect size or if you want to simply exchange your product for another one. Email us at support@yordy.co and we will get back to you in under 24 hours with more information.

Does your jewelry fade or rust?

No! All of our jewelry is 100% stainless steel and is safe to wear at all times.In the rare case that a product tarnishes/breaks, we will provide you with a replacement. If you are personally allergic to stainless steel, we are not responsible for anything that happens to the jewelry itself.

Do you guys ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally, shipping is 10$ USD for all international orders and shipping usually takes anywhere from 7 to 21 business days to arrive. If your order is over 50$ USD then shipping will be free.

What currency does your website use?

Our website is all USD, every price that you see is USD, make sure to know the exact conversion depending on your currency.

cool but size down

it was a bit to big for me so size down if you plan on buying. like i had to get ring size adjuster to actually have it fit my hand. also the rhinestones jut out in an uneven way a bit and im actually so paranoid itll fall off since ive seen the other reviewers say it happened to them. ik all this criticism should warrant a lower score but the box it came with was rlly cute lol.

I ended up ordering two on separate dates because I got worried about delivery. Got the first one and gave it to girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. I figured she’d laugh at me for getting two because I was worried and there wasn’t a second one in the jewelry box, honestly was probably stolen. She loves the necklace and I know I’ll end up ordering from here again because of how much she loves what she got
